Not every rented villa accepts parties. We look for places that allow them and agree guests, hours, music and deposit on paper before any payment.

Do you need a SIAE licence for a private party?
Not at home: a party in your own home needs no SIAE licence. In a rented villa, a hall or a club you need one, even with invited guests only. The organiser applies online on the SIAE Portale Feste Private, before the party.
When does a party count as private?
When a private person organises it and only invited guests attend: weddings, graduations, birthdays, anniversaries and similar parties, as SIAE lists them. Tickets on sale or open entry take you out of that formula, and we tell you what you need.
Where can you find villas and houses for private parties near Milan?
Outside the city, towards Varese, Como or Brianza, there are villas and cascine with gardens that accept parties; in town, rooms, lofts and terraces. We suggest spaces that suit your guests, music and budget, with the rules in writing.
