What every hire includes
Delivery and setup in Milan and across Lombardy, breakdown at the end, an attendant for the whole hire, unlimited prints on the printing booths and a gallery link kept private. The 360 booth does not print: it makes clips to share straight away.

In Italy a person's portrait cannot be displayed or reproduced without their consent. At the booth each guest chooses whether to pose, and the gallery stays private until you decide.

Before the event what to prepare
Floor space and power
The open air booth takes about 3 x 3 m and the 360 booth an open circle roughly 3 m wide; each needs a nearby socket. Outdoors we bring weights and a cover; at a villa or cascina, a portico or gazebo helps against summer storms.
Your brand on the prints
Logo, colours and a short line go on each print and digital frame. Send us the artwork a week ahead; we reply with a proof for your approval. At company events guests can leave an email for their photos, only if they agree.
When the party ends
Guests take their prints home on the spot; the private gallery link arrives the same night, with every file for your channels. Whether to share it is up to you.

Can guests' photos be shared in Italy?
Under Law 633 of 1941 (article 96), a person's portrait cannot be displayed or reproduced without their consent, except in the cases the law lists. At the booth guests choose to pose; the gallery stays private and what goes out is your call.
