Who we are

Capital Prime FZE, trading as Cover Page Agency, licensed by Fujairah Creative City Media Free Zone (licence 11134/2017), registered office Fujairah Twin Towers, P.O. Box 4422, Fujairah, UAE, is the controller of your data. Contact: info@coverpageagency.com.

We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021), and the EU GDPR and Swiss data protection law where they apply.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries. Name, email, phone, event details and your message, to reply and prepare a quote. Basis: steps before a contract.
• Clients. Contract, billing and event data, to deliver the service and invoice. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Roster applications. Contact details, photos, portfolio and experience, to assess and book talent. Basis: consent.
• AI matcher. The text you type is sent to Anthropic (USA) to suggest acts and kept without identifiers for up to 12 months. A daily rotating code derived from your IP protects the service from abuse and is not stored in readable form. If you then ask for a quote, your name, email and phone are stored on Netlify (USA) for up to 24 months. Please do not type personal details in the search.

We make no automated decisions with legal effect on you. We do not collect data from anyone under 18, except through a parent or guardian.

Events

We photograph and film events for our clients and deliver the images to the client under the contract. We publish images in our portfolio, website and social media only with consent: the client's own separate consent for images of the client, and each guest's own consent, given through our QR form, for images in which that guest can be recognised. Otherwise we publish only images in which guests cannot be recognised, based on our legitimate interest in showing our work. Images of children who can be recognised need the consent of both parents. You can withdraw consent or object at any time by writing to info@coverpageagency.com, and we remove the image from our channels within 30 days. Portfolio images are kept while published; event files delivered to the client are kept for 24 months for re-delivery.

Who receives data

Webflow (hosting and forms), Google (analytics and ads), Microsoft Clarity (site usage), Meta (ads and WhatsApp), Leadsy (business visitor identification), Anthropic and Netlify (AI matcher), Vimeo (video), our accountants and IT providers, venues when needed to run a booked event, and authorities when the law requires. We never sell your data.

Transfers

We are based in the UAE. Providers in the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We are not established in the EU. EU residents can contact us directly.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: 24 months.
• Client records: the contract plus 7 years, as UAE tax law requires.
• Roster applications: 24 months, unless you join the roster.
• Cookie choice: 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for access, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@coverpageagency.com. We reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to the UAE Data Office, the Garante Privacy in Italy, the CNIL in France, the FDPIC in Switzerland, or your local authority.
