The Cover Page Story
Born in Dubai in 2015, after a decade in Milan Italy, Cover Page started where luxury lives in the details of fashion weeks, high-end events and the relentless pursuit of excellence. After a decade building relationships with Italy's most demanding clients, we made the move that changed everything: Dubai.
We arrived at the right moment. As the UAE was transforming into the world's most dynamic luxury market powered by landmarks like Expo 2020, an AED 154 billion economic catalyst we were already on the ground, building the partnerships and the reputation that would define us. Today, our client list reads like a who's who of Dubai's elite: Four Seasons, Bvlgari, Armani Hotel, Jumeirah, Hermès, Dubai Mall, and many more.
What sets us apart is simple: we are multicultural by nature, obsessive by design. Our team spans Milan, Dubai and France, blending European precision with Middle Eastern ambition across seven core services from music talent and model casting to content creation, SEO, AI citation and event production. Marzia Polerà
With over 20 years in the industry, Marzia Polerà leads Cover Page as CEO & General Manager.
Overseeing clients, deliverables and the full team across luxury events and hospitality projects in Dubai and Milan.
Her track record speaks for itself: award-winning supplier for major hotel chains, organiser of international models for Qatar Fashion Weeks, and the first agency to send models to Saudi Fashion Week.
Before relocating to Dubai, Marzia spent a decade at the heart of Milan's fashion and events scene. She holds a law degree from Milan and brings the same precision to every project.

Lukas Götze
Lukas Götze's career has never been about staying in one lane.
His career has been shaped by one persistent conviction: the professionals who do the most meaningful work in society are rarely the best equipped to communicate it.
That conviction took root over more than a decade spent in prestige hospitality ventures across France, London, and the United Arab Emirates, where he developed an instinct for what discerning clients silently demand but often fail to articulate. Rooted in high-end visual content production and its marketing, he built a practice around translating expertise into signature signage of visibility for events, brand activations, f&b and entertainment.
At Cover Page, Lukas leads the marketing department at the edge of what’s next. His integration of agentic AI merges perfectly with his academic background in Biomedicine and Nutrition, where rigorous research, accurate information, and scientific authenticity are the gold standard to elevate concepts and debunk clickbait. From concept to final delivery, he serves a demanding international clientele with the rare eye of a storyteller and the mind of someone guided by faith.

Enzo builds the digital backbone that drives Cover Page and its luxury clients in Dubai, Milan, and France.
He creates high-converting websites, writes compelling copy, and deploys advanced SEO + AI citation strategies to maximize visibility across search engines, AI platforms, and all major digital channels.
A Gen Z native with a degree in industrial engineering and product conception, Enzo brings fast, intuitive, multitasking energy perfectly aligned with what performs in luxury markets from Dubai’s elite events to Milan’s fashion prestige and France’s sophisticated hospitality.
His technical precision and trend-forward approach deliver seamless digital foundations that power businesses from the inside: boosting organic reach, enhancing brand authority, driving conversions, and ensuring standout presence in competitive luxury landscapes worldwide.
