The roles we staff

Staff rates Hourly

Staff through Cover Page start from AED 70 per hour for waiters and ushers, with a four hour minimum shift. Promoters and security from AED 80, bartenders from AED 100, hostesses from AED 120, brand ambassadors and model hostesses from AED 200 per hour.

One written figure for the whole roster, VAT at 5 percent shown on every line; teams over 50 get a custom quote.

How much does a staffing agency charge in Dubai?

Night hours, rest days and uniform move the price; VAT is added.

How much does it cost to hire a hostess in Dubai?

From AED 120 per hour for a hostess and from AED 200 per hour for a model hostess, with a four hour minimum shift, briefed and in uniform. Registration hostesses, hosts for a store opening and bilingual hostesses for a delegation are quoted the same way: by role, headcount and hours, in one written quote.

Can I hire hostesses or waiters for one event only?

Yes. One shift, one weekend or a whole season. Most bookings are casual: a launch, an exhibition, a gala or a busy restaurant weekend. You sign one service agreement with Cover Page Agency and pay per shift; nothing lands on your payroll.

Are your staff on a UAE visa?

Yes. Every person we deploy holds a UAE residence visa and health insurance. You sign one contract, with us, and we handle the roster, the brief and the coordination of the team.

How fast can you staff a shift?

On demand, even at the last minute: same day calls are welcome and we staff them from the roster we keep on call. For the peak weeks, Gulfood Manufacturing and Big 5 Global in November, GITEX Global in December, the festive season and Ramadan, book two weeks ahead for first choice of the roster.

Why book casual event staff instead of hiring full time?

It is not about cheaper, it is about mindful staffing: the right people for each moment, sized to the peak and not to the payroll. Casual and temporary staff cover launches, exhibitions, gala nights and busy weekends, part time hostesses and seasonal waiters join when the calendar fills, and your permanent team stays lean.
