What production covers
Stage and set, sound, light and screens, the run of show, the host, the rehearsal and our crew on the night. Entertainment, photo and video are lines of their own.
Permits for ticketed galas
A public, ticketed gala needs a permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism before tickets go on sale, and fireworks or lasers need their own approval. We file and list them.

The run of show
A typical gala: arrivals and a welcome drink, the opening, the first course, speeches, the main course, the awards or the show, dessert, then music and dancing. We time each part to the minute and rehearse it on site.
Seating and tables
Rounds of ten are the default; long tables suit smaller galas. We plan the seating chart with you, the top table, the sightlines to the stage and the walk to the stage for award winners.
Hotel fees
Hotel quotes often leave out the municipality fee and the service charge. Our proposal shows them as lines, so totals compare like for like.

When is the gala season in Dubai?
October to March, when evenings are cool and companies close the year. December books first; brief us eight to twelve weeks ahead for a ballroom on a Thursday or Friday.
