What the rate a sqm covers
Design and renders, the build, graphics, flooring, lighting and power points, delivery, installation and removal. Furniture, screens and giveaways are lines of their own.
The venue rules we handle
The World Trade Centre and Expo City each run their own contractor accreditation, and approval at one does not carry over. Build and dismantle windows are set by the organiser, often overnight, and drawings for larger stands are due weeks before.

Stands in Dubai start from AED 600 a sqm for a shell scheme upgrade, AED 800 for modular and AED 1,500 for a custom build, so a 6 by 3 m custom stand starts from AED 27,000. Hostesses cost from AED 70 an hour.

How much does it cost to build an exhibition stand in Dubai?
From AED 600 a sqm for a shell scheme upgrade, AED 800 for a modular stand and AED 1,500 for a custom build. A 6 by 3 m custom stand starts from AED 27,000, with design, graphics, installation and removal included.
How much does it cost to design an exhibition stand?
When we build it, the design and 3D renders are included in the rate a sqm. Design only, for a builder you already have, is quoted apart from the size and the number of revisions.
Who are the best exhibition stand builders in Dubai?
The ones with their own workshop, accreditation at the venue of your show, a written build window plan and references of your size. Ask your shortlist for all four; we send ours with the quote.
What is the Big 5 exhibition?
Big 5 Global is the construction industry show at the Dubai World Trade Centre, this year from 23 to 26 November 2026. Stands there need the organiser's approval and drawings weeks before the build window.
How long does a custom stand take?
Ten to fourteen weeks from brief to build for a custom stand. A modular stand or a shell scheme upgrade can go up with less notice; tell us the show and we confirm what fits.
Can you staff the stand too?
Yes. Hostesses and promoters from our roster at AED 70 an hour, briefed on your product, plus a photographer and a same day reel. Everything sits on one quote and one invoice.
