Noise limits in Dubai
Dubai Municipality caps entertainment noise measured outside the premises at 55 dB from 7 am to 8 pm and 45 dB at night, and private parties in open spaces are not allowed after 10 pm. We set the system for the venue.
Rigging and stages
Stages, truss and flown speakers need a structural check, and at the World Trade Centre top rigging goes through the venue's own team. We plan it with the venue before we quote.

Good to know before the soundcheck
What we need from you
The room or site plan, the audience, the running order and who speaks, sings or plays. For live bands, the rider; for presentations, the laptop and the file format. We send the equipment list and the crew list with the quote.
Soundcheck and rehearsal
Our crew sets up and checks everything before the doors open, with a rehearsal for speeches and cues. Load in and load out follow the venue's rules and times.
Outdoor events
Outdoor sound needs power or a generator, weather protection and a plan for the neighbours. Private parties in open spaces must end by 10 pm, and levels are set at the boundary.

How much does sound system rental cost in Dubai?
From AED 1,000 for up to 50 guests and AED 1,500 for up to 150, with a technician, delivery and setup. Ballrooms of 350 start from AED 2,500 and concert scale from AED 7,000.
How much is stage rental in Dubai?
A 3 by 2 m stage starts from AED 1,500, with larger stages quoted by size and height. Stairs, skirting and a ramp are added as lines, and outdoor stages need a structural check.
What does an audio visual company do?
It brings, sets and runs the sound, lighting, stage, screens and cameras for an event, with the crew who operate them. A good one sizes the system to the audience and the room, not to its warehouse.
