What a day includes
The activity with its facilitators, the venue or the route, water and breaks. Transport, meals, photos and branded kit are lines of their own.
Heat and safety
From May to September outdoor activities move to early mornings, evenings or indoors. Every activity opens with a safety briefing, with first aid on site.

Timing in Dubai
October to April is the outdoor season. From May to September, outdoor activities move to early mornings or evenings and indoor activities take over. Weekday mornings are the easiest to book for large groups.

You receive the photos, a reel if booked, and a written wrap up: what the teams did, what worked and what to repeat. It helps the next brief and the budget case.
