What a setup includes
Delivery, installation and removal, the balloons or flowers, the stands and the backdrop. Helium, names and extra colours are lines of their own.
Venues and outdoor sets
Hotels and malls set their own install windows and approvals; we book them. Outdoor sets are weighted against the wind and cleared the same night.
How booking works

Good to know before we style
Choosing colours
Two colours and one metallic read better in photos than five. Match the cake table and the backdrop, and keep the entrance arch in the same palette, so guests see one theme from the door to the cake.
Setting up at home
We need a clear wall for the backdrop, about two hours before guests arrive, and a parking spot for the van. Tell us the building rules: some towers limit balloons in lifts and lobbies, and service lifts need booking.
After the party
We clear the set the same night or the next morning and take the stands and the backdrop. The balloons can stay if you want them, and fresh flowers stay with you.
